If a small number of components are to be weighed automatically, then the AZO COMPONENTER® in circular design is the right choice for you. This principle provides for the storage vessels, such as hoppers for bags, pneumatically fed separators or small silos, to be arranged in a circle above the collection vessel. Each component has its own raw material-optimized discharge, dosing and weighing system. This allows parallel weighing processes and the feeding of several mixing lines.

AZO COMPONENTER® in circular design

The dosing of very small quantities up to 5 kg can be quite laborious, error-prone and time-consuming when done manually. Cyclone screener type DA

The AZO big bag emptying station with AGW connection system is suitable for use in the OEB 3 area and has been specially designed to contain dust pollution when emptying big bags. Through the integrated glovebox, the big bag can be opened safely and the powder contained can be conveyed into the downstream system.

Big bag

The AZO sack discharge station OBE 3 enables the emptying of bagged material under special operator protection. The integrated roller conveyor guides the closed bags into a glove box where they can be opened without the operator coming into contact with the raw material they contain. The bag can thus be safely emptied into the downstream system.

For product feeding under the highest hygienic requirements, we have invented the AZO feeding hopper in hygienic design. It is specially designed for feeding dusty, powdery and granular bulk materials into closed material feeding systems and is suitable for a wide range of container types, such as sacks, cartons or drums.
