Production on the move
Smart intralogistics for seamless material flow processes
Automated raw material processes do not end at the individual machine. How materials and containers are moved and made available between process steps is also crucial.
At POWTECH, we will be demonstrating how AZO combines its expertise in automated raw material and container handling with driverless transport systems.

See a driverless transport system in action and talk to us about the possibilities for your bulk material and container handling.
Taking automation a step further
Where containers are still transported manually and material movements organised by hand, automated guided vehicles can automate repetitive tasks and flexibly link individual process steps.
In addition to AZO containers, these systems can transport, for example, pallets, IBCs, big bags or project-specific custom containers.
Your benefits
The AZO KASTOR guidance system integrates production orders, material flows, container management, plant control and autonomous transport systems. This enables material movements to be coordinated in line with the production process and relevant information to be consolidated centrally.
The right raw material. In the right container. At the right time. In the right place.
AZO has been using driverless transport systems in bulk material handling since as far back as 1996 – including for the automated collection and weighing of components.
Today, we combine this experience with the possibilities offered by modern autonomous intralogistics. In doing so, we look not just at the vehicle, but at the entire material flow – from raw materials and containers, through transport routes and plant layout, to integration into production and control systems.
After all, what matters is not simply that a vehicle moves. What matters is that your material flow works.
